Return & Refund Policy
For hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes, all over sprays, and dokhoon cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used.
Returns or exchanges are only accepted if:
- The item arrived damaged.
- The wrong item was delivered.
- The product was not opened or used.
Customers must contact VALINO within 24 hours of receiving the order with clear photos of the issue.
If the return is approved, we will arrange the next steps through WhatsApp or Instagram.
Refunds, when approved, will be processed through the original payment method or another agreed method.
VALINO reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above.
